TACOS DE CARNE ASADA (MEXICO) The tacos are a dish of Mexican origin that consists of a tortilla folded or rolled up so that it can contain various types of food. It is a fundamental recipe, but with multiple variations, since the tacos can be filled with an infinity of stews of meat, eggs, vegetables, dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese or even cream and any other typically salty stew. It is eaten directly with the hands and it is usually accompanied with green sauce or red sauce, in general, but it can also be accompanied with any of the infinite types of raw or cooked sauces and dressings typical of traditional Mexican cuisine.
